Digital Delights Terms of Service

1. Scope and Related Sites

1. These terms apply to Digital Delights and related Digital Delights-run companion pages and mirrors.
2. Unless a related site posts stricter rules, these terms also apply to Parakeet Game Stash and partner-facing usage connected to Cactus Game Stash.
3. When site-specific policies conflict, the stricter policy applies.

2. Eligibility, Law, and School/Network Rules

1. You must follow all applicable laws, school rules, district rules, parental/guardian directions, and device/network policies.
2. You are solely responsible for when, where, and how you use the service.
3. You may not use Digital Delights in ways that violate classroom expectations, local policy, or legal requirements.
4. Digital Delights does not authorize or encourage policy violations.

3. Account Application and Approval

1. Account access may require an application and manual review.
2. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
3. Applications may be denied for incomplete information, suspicious activity, safety concerns, or repeated past violations.
4. Approval may be revoked if later information shows risk or misuse.
5. An approved application alone does not activate your account. Account activation requires completion of the required activation payment in Section 4. Until that payment succeeds, your account is not considered active and full access may be withheld.

4. Payment Required for Account Activation

Payment is required to activate your account. If your application is approved, you must pay the one-time account activation fee below. Your account is not activated, and you do not receive active-account access, until payment is successfully completed.

• The activation payment is required after approval; you are not charged before approval.
• Until payment completes successfully, access may remain pending, limited, or inactive.
• Unless required by law, activation fees are non-refundable once the account is activated.
• If this site is permanently blocked, shut down, or made unavailable by schools, districts, providers, hosts, or other third parties, no refunds will be issued.
• Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in immediate suspension.

5. Account Security and Identity

1. You are responsible for your password, account access, and all actions taken from your account.
2. Do not share credentials, sell accounts, or transfer accounts without written permission.
3. Impersonation, account farming, and fake identities are prohibited.
4. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.

6. Game Usage Rules

1. Games are for personal, lawful use only.
2. Do not modify, repack, or redistribute hosted game files without permission from the content owner.
3. Do not use automation, bots, scripts, scraping, or abuse tooling that harms performance or fairness.
4. Do not use games or files to spread malware, phishing, exploits, or harmful payloads.
5. Respect original creators, copyright, and attribution where required.

7. Proxy Usage and Restrictions

1. Proxy and external-link features are informational and optional.
2. You must not use any proxy feature to break laws, school policy, workplace policy, or parental rules.
3. Digital Delights does not guarantee proxy availability, safety, speed, or compatibility.
4. You are fully responsible for all consequences from proxy usage, including disciplinary, legal, or account-related outcomes.
5. Any attempt to use proxy features for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity may result in permanent bans.

8. Prohibited Conduct

1. Harassment, doxxing, threats, hate speech, or abusive conduct.
2. Bypassing account controls, tampering with site code, reverse engineering restricted systems, or evading enforcement.
3. Copying, replicating, stealing, cloning, or rehosting this site (including its code, layout, branding, or hosted content) without explicit written permission is prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account bans, takedown requests, and legal enforcement where applicable.
4. Attempting to disrupt uptime or degrade service for others.
5. Using the service for scams, fraud, piracy operations, or illegal distribution.

9. Enforcement, Suspension, and Deletion

1. Digital Delights may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion for safety or policy reasons.
2. You may request account deletion at any time via support email.
3. After suspension/deletion, related data may be removed, retained, or archived as required by operational, legal, or security needs.
4. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal across Digital Delights services.

10. Content, External Links, and Availability

1. Digital Delights may include links to third-party services not controlled by Digital Delights.
2. External sites may change content, collect data, or become unavailable at any time.
3. Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, uninterrupted access, or permanent feature availability.

11. Updates to These Terms

1. Terms may be updated at any time.
2. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
3. The newest posted version controls.
